The data will be stored for this purpose during the period of validity of the contract as well as after the termination of the contract for the period specified in the contract during which you can make complaints and, after this period, until the end of the limitation period of any claims as set out in the law of 23 April 1964 Civil Code.

Processing of complaints in the manufacturer's warranty procedure (if the content of the complaint was submitted through an online form) on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, lit. c DSGVO - we process the complaints as this is an obligation regulated by the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
